This privacy policy explains how Ultra Renovations LLC in Lake Stevens, WA collects, uses and protects the information you share with us, including when you request an estimate.

Who we are
Ultra Renovations LLC (“Ultra Renovations,” “we,” “us”) is a remodeling company based in Lake Stevens, WA 98258. This policy covers our website, ultrarenovations.us, and the calls, texts and emails we exchange with you about estimates and projects.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request an estimate, call, text or email us, we collect what you share, such as:
- your name, phone number and email address
- your city and, if you book a visit, the address of the project
- the type of project, your preferred language and your message
- photos, measurements and notes about your home that you share or that we take during an estimate or project
- whether you agreed to receive marketing texts and emails, and when
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our website host and the tools listed below collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived (for example, from a Google search or an ad) and whether you sent a form.
How we use your information
- to answer your request, schedule an in-home visit and prepare your estimate
- to plan, carry out and follow up on your project, including warranty work
- to send you marketing texts and emails, but only if you ticked the consent box
- to show our ads to people who visited our site and to measure which ads lead to estimate requests
- to understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- to keep records we are required to keep and to protect against fraud or misuse
Marketing texts and emails
Our estimate forms have an optional box for marketing messages. It is not ticked for you, and you can get an estimate without ticking it. The box says:
Yes, send me offers and project ideas from Ultra Renovations by text and email. Consent is not required to get an estimate. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
If you tick it, we may send you offers, project ideas and updates by text message and email at the phone number and email address you gave us. Texts may be sent with automated technology.
- Texts: reply STOP at any time to stop marketing texts, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
- You can also opt out by contacting us (see Contact us).
Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about an estimate or project you asked for, such as scheduling a visit.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers that send our messages.
Cookies, analytics and ads
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We and our partners use cookies and similar tools for the following:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages are used. How Google uses this information.
- Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, to see which ads lead to estimate requests and to show our ads to people who have visited our site, on Google and its partner sites.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): we may add the Meta Pixel to show our ads to site visitors on Facebook and Instagram and to measure them. We will update this policy when we do.
- Google Maps, which shows our location in an embedded map. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also turn off personalized ads in Google Ad Settings and Meta Ad Preferences, opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at YourAdChoices, and stop Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that work for us: Webflow (website hosting and forms), Google (email, analytics, ads and maps), Jobber (customer records and scheduling), the services we use to send texts and emails, and Anaptiq, our marketing agency, which manages the website, ads and campaigns for us.
- Ad platforms (Google, and Meta if we add it) through the tools described above.
- Subcontractors and suppliers working on your project, when they need details such as your address to do the work.
- Legal reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
- Business changes: if Ultra Renovations is sold or merged, your information may move to the new owner under this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep information from estimate requests until you opt out of marketing or ask us to delete it. For customers, we keep project records for as long as we need them for warranty work, taxes and other legal obligations.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you
- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information, unless we have to keep it for warranty, tax or legal reasons
- stop sending you marketing texts or emails

How we protect it
We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it to serve you. No website or email service is completely secure, so please don’t send payment card numbers or passwords through our forms.
Children
Our site and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
Our site links to other sites, such as Google reviews, Google Maps, WhatsApp and Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add a new tool. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we change how we use information you already gave us in an important way, we will tell you before the change applies to you.
